FlourishAnyway (author) from USA on March 03, 2019:

Jimmy - He'due south referring to feeling that he has a right to be a "hellish," "jealous," "obsessive" boyfriend because the girl he likes is "too sexy." It stresses him out and he puffs out his breast in a show of bravado (while maintaining a double standard that girls fawn over him). The whole thing minimizes a relationship dynamic that is really very dangerous. This is an abuser in the making. I do appreciate your different perspective, however. "Try" is featured prominently on the Girl Ability playlist Give thanks yous for weighing in.

Jimmy on March 02, 2019:

Nice list. I do disagree with Jealous. Jealous is about being jealous of someone having a girlfriend he thinks should be his girlfriend, and he feels "protective" and "posessive" and thinks he has the right to be "hellish", and he is not discussing it in a lighthearted way. Also, Try past Colbie Colliat would exist groovy to take on there!

Mean, rude or abrasive people make themselves well-known and usually stand up out in a crowd quite hands. I requite them zero opportunity to play their sick games with me. She now breaks her neck to avoid me. Good idea on her part.

I teach adults a course entitled "The Gentle Art of Exact Self- Defense force," ( every bit with the best seller book of the aforementioned proper noun) All people demand to realize how vital it is to speak up. It's very true that bullies continue to keen...."because they CAN."

Although, a word of caution included.....be creative, thing-of-fact and confident. Responding with passive-aggressiveness or existence less than directly, only serves to have you appear every bit phonier than they are.

Thanks for recommending the volume....looks very interesting. Am off to listen to a few of the songs!! Yous exercise great work! Paula

Another skilful vocal near bullying:

Sharks in the Swimming Pool by Clairity

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8ISe-o4pJwI

Clairity is a new creative person, and this song is only about a twelvemonth old. This song is about being bullied, and how she just wanted to fit in. There is a very inspirational part near the end where she says:

"I tell my heart, heed to my caput

You don't take to fit in.

Don't worry,You're not i of them,

you don't have to blend in."

It'south the first song she e'er released. Another vocal of hers most Bullying is chosen "DNA". Deoxyribonucleic acid is about her exploring the question "why do people keen?"

Clairity says she started writing poems in 8th grade nearly bullying. She was reading a book on Einstein when a girl in her AP English class came up and asked "What are you reading". The girl then pulled the book out of her easily and smacked her in the head without and yelled "NERD". Clairity likes to sing well-nigh inspirational songs and I am obsessed with her. I love every vocal she has released!

I was surprised that Toby Keith is nevertheless conveying a grudge from loftier schoolhouse? I mean, who cares! He's famous, simply more importantly, I hope he is himself, but I wonder..... Besides, I got a kick out of the song, Shame, shame shame. I hadn't listened to the lyrics before---who knew she simply wanted to dance. :)
